and beef offerings. Our packing & processing facility is
where all the magic happens! Monday - Thursday we are
busy serving our wholesale customers, but more importantlywe are making the MR. LOU’S SAUSAGE and BACON. Feel free to come in and shop here too. We are open to the public!
In addition we also offer custom processing and curing of
wild hogs and deer for individual customers.

Founded by Eugene and Mike Knight in 1973, Knight’s Butchering & Processing is a family owned
wholesale and retail meat market as well as a packing/processing facility. The Father & Son team spent many years of providing quality meats at great prices to the CSRA and with those years much
experience in the meat industry. Today the “Dynamic Duo” is a Father & Daughter team
as Mike now enjoys sharing the business with the 3rd generation, his daughter, Nickie Knight who can be found most days in the retail store in Augusta.
Our classic, old school, meat shop is open Monday through Saturday. We offer a wide variety of beef and pork such as
steaks, roasts, stew meat, ground chuck, pork chops, ribs,
bacon, sausage, and even package deals. In addition, we have chicken, seasonings, fresh frozen vegetables, a variety of deli meat, homemade liver pudding, and a variety of frozen seafood including shrimp, talapia, catfish nuggets and many more.
